Assumptions25C: 30% of costs. Heat pumps cap at $2,000; envelope work plus the audit share a $1,200 (2024) / $1,600 (2025) cap, with the audit itself capped at $150 (2024) / $250 (2025). EV charger (30C): 30% up to $1,000; the smart-charger bonus applies in 2025 only. All credits are non-refundable.
